The main reason to lose weight is to make yourself happy and healthy. If you don’t believe that it’s possible, take a look at my transformation in just 3 months about losing 13 kgs. It was all made possible only because of Misha, she is a nutritionist whom I came across when I saw one of her posts about some easy home-made recipes to follow for the purpose of losing weight and I was surprised to see the results. I contacted her through Instagram and asked her to help me in losing weight. Misha was very helpful and supportive; she regularly updated my diet plan accordingly. With all these efforts, I was able to accomplish my goal of losing weight.
