Order Processing & Delivery Time
At Nutritionist Misha Services, we provide online services and do not ship any physical goods. Once you place an order, our team will analyse your requirements within 2-4 working days. After the analysis is complete, we will prepare and deliver your customized plan via email within an additional 7-10 working days.
Delivery Method
All our services and digital products are delivered electronically via email. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by another email containing your purchased digital plan.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once we have begun the analysis process, cancellations, refund, and modifications not be possible.
Delays & Technical Issues
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen technical issues or high order volumes may cause slight delays. If you do not receive your plan within the promised period, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Third-Party Products
In some cases, we may suggest third-party products that complement our services. Please note that any third-party product purchase is subject to the shipping and exchange policies of the respective third-party provider. We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, or performance of third-party products, and any issues related to them should be addressed directly with the third-party vendor.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
As our services involve digital products, exchanges are only applicable under specific conditions:
- If you receive an incorrect or incomplete digital plan.
- If there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your digital product.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact your relationship management or customer service team at misha@nutritionistmisha.co with your order number and details of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
- If eligible, we will provide a revised or corrected version of your digital plan within 5-7 business days.
Refunds & Credits & Extension
Since our services involve digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, in cases where an exchange is not possible in any circumstances, we may provide pause (hold) of plan & extend the duration of plan at our mutual discretion.
Final Sale Policy
All digital products and services are considered final sale and are non-refundable of the provided service.
