When you are overweight, life isn’t exactly smooth. From battling unsolicited comments and the judgmental stares to health conditions which stem from all the extra kilos, all the bullying and teasing came along with my excess weight wasa known territory for me. I realized that I needed help when I found myself living the same gloomy day over and over again, food was my only oasis. I tried many things like exercises, diet but nothing helped. So, this one day I was scrolling through my Instagram feed and came across the post which said “get your homemade diet plan” and some simple exercises. I went through her Instagram page and got to know that she is a well-known nutritionist named Misha. I arranged a call with her and asked her that if she could help me to get into shape. I got to say that she is a fabulous and a self-motivated nutritionist, she helped me with creating my diet plan to lose weight, and also suggested me some quick home-made recipes, with all these efforts I was able to lose 10 kgs in total in just a span of 1 month.
